Process

How a kitchen comes to you

Eight steps from the first conversation to the adjustment visit after your first season. You always know what happens next, and you always speak with the same person.

  1. Consultation

A private conversation by video or in person about the house, the way you cook and the materials you like.

  2. Survey

Laser measurement of the room, its walls, services and floor levels, or a review of your architect's survey.

  3. Design and drawings

Plans, elevations and 3D views, revised with you until every detail is right.

  4. Fixed offer

A fixed price including production, shipping, customs and installation, with a binding schedule.

  5. Production in Germany

Your kitchen is built, checked and crated for transport.

  6. Shipping and customs

Sea or road freight to your country, cleared by a licensed broker.

  7. Installation

Fitted under the supervision of a German master carpenter, with your local trades connecting services.

  8. Aftercare

An adjustment visit after the first season and spare parts made to match.

What is in the offer

One fixed price

The offer you sign lists every cabinet, every finish and every fitting, and includes production, crating, freight, customs clearance, duties and installation. It also states the schedule: production slot, shipping date and installation week.

Appliances, stone worktops and local trades can be included or arranged by your contractor, as you prefer.
